Arith Concepts endeavours to keep the information and service accurate and available, but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors, interruptions or harmful elements. It may modify, suspend or update the website and application when necessary.

Signick facilitates the signing of PDF documents using digital certificates, but does not provide legal advice or, by itself, guarantee the validity, effectiveness or admissibility of a signature in every jurisdiction or proceeding. Users must verify the applicable requirements and retain the appropriate documents and certificates.

Privacy and data protection

The website does not require users to create an account. If a user contacts us by email, Arith Concepts will process the information provided to handle the enquiry, based on consent and its legitimate interest in replying.
